Our technician said we needed a whole new system. We told him we thought the nest was bad. He said it wasn’t and that our whole system was done for. We changed out the nest to another thermostat and our system has been working fine. Which means your company wanted us to spend 10k when we didn’t need to. He could have at least tried to see if it was the nest but he didn’t. So we wasted the $39 we paid you for your visit. Will not be calling your company again. You should be ashamed treating your customers this way.
On this date found a unit low on refrigerant heat strips not coming on and bad TXV valve inform the customer gave option to repair and replace
Arrived to condensate problem upon inspection found multi duct pots not insulated causing condensation on floor. Manager will get in touch to let them know a day to come out and spot wrap also left quote for 6800 for encapsulation and dehumidifier for 6800$ at 92$ a month
Came out to job. Unit not coming on. Indoor had no power to tstat. Found bad transformer to be issue and changed it out and everything came back on and unit is cooling on departure. Need supervisor to come check mini split out and see why it has no refrigerant in it, Tuesday morning.
